Find Your Future Night: Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Swartz Creek High School Performing Arts Center. SCHS Parents, Starting in February, your SCHS student will begin selecting the programs and courses they are interested in taking for the next school year. To help support you in choosing courses that provide the best opportunities, we invite you and your student to attend Find Your Future Night at Swartz Creek High School. At this event we will discuss the various opportunities available during the Junior and Senior year of high school. Following a short introduction, families will have the opportunity to attend up to 4 break out sessions of interest from the following choices: •NCAA College Athletic Eligibility •Genesee Career Institute (GCI) •Swartz Creek Early Middle College •U of M Flint DEEP •Traditional Dual Enrollment •Trade School/College Planning Process •AP/Honors Curriculum •General Questions We hope to see you there! The Genesee County Career & College Access Network (GCCCAN) is hosting a FAFSA Workshop on Monday, January 12. High school seniors and their parents are invited to stop in for one-on-one help completing the FAFSA from college financial aid representatives. All girls basketball games scheduled for this afternoon, Monday, December 29, have been canceled. All other practices are non-mandatory, and players should contact their coaches directly.
